• 1 Information on the collection of personal data

(3) When you contact us by e-mail or our contact form, the data you provide (your e-mail address, if applicable your name, address and telephone number) will be stored by us in order to answer your questions and, if necessary, send requested information material. This data is stored in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 item b DSGVO and is used for contractual or pre-contractual contact. We will delete the data arising in this context within three months, insofar as no contractual relationship should come into being. After a contractual relationship has come into being, data will be deleted after termination of the contractual relationship, insofar as there are no legal storage obligations, e.g. § 147 AO, to the contrary.

• 6 Google reCAPTCHA

This website uses „Google reCAPTCHA“ (hereinafter „reCAPTCHA“) on our websites. Provider is Google Inc, 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA („Google“) in connection with filling out the contact form. With reCAPTCHA it should be checked whether the data entry in the contact form is done by a person or by an automated program. For this reCAPTCHA analyzes the behavior of the web site visitor on the basis different characteristics. This analysis starts automatically as soon as the website visitor enters the website. For analysis reCAPTCHA evaluates various information (e.g. IP address, time the website visitor stays on the website or mouse movements made by the user). The data collected during the analysis is forwarded to Google.

The reCAPTCHA analyses run completely in the background. Visitors to the website are not informed that an analysis is taking place. The website
